The Wood Dale Public Library offers two meeting rooms for community groups, nonprofits, and educational, civic, or cultural organizations free of charge. 

Available by reservation, these rooms are perfect for bringing people together—right at the heart of the community.

Rooms are available while the Library is open, with set-up and clean-up handled by the reserving group. Light refreshments are allowed, but no meals or alcohol. Social events, sales, and commercial or paid activities are not permitted. Groups are responsible for any damage or additional clean-up. Reservations are required at least one week in advance, and applicants must be 18 or older. 

Requests will be taken up to six months in advance and approved quarterly: 

  • Dec 1: Approval Date for Requests for Jan–Mar
  • Mar 1: Approval Date for Requests for Apr–Jun
  • Jun 1: Approval Date for Requests for Jul–Sep
  • Sep 1: Approval Date for Requests for Oct–Dec
