Beyond Wood Dale Public Library: Explore, Request, Receive
Wood Dale Public Library is a member of SWAN (System Wide Automated Network) and RAILS (Reaching Across Illinois Library System). Through SWAN, you have access to nearly ten million items from over one hundred libraries across the Chicagoland area—all searchable and requestable through one shared catalog. Thanks to RAILS and a grant funded through the Institute of Museum and Library Services, requested materials are delivered right to the Library, often within just a few days, and are available for pickup for seven days. These partnerships mean more choices, faster service, and greater convenience for you!
