The Museum Adventure Pass is available at the Library. Wood Dale Public Library cardholders can receive up to four complimentary passes to 20 museums including the Brookfield Zoo, Cantigny and many more. There are a limited number of passes issued, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Passes must be obtained in person at the library.

Air Classic Inc. Museum of Aviation

Aurora Regional Fire Museum

Located in Aurora's Old Central Fire Station, the Aurora Regional Fire Museum features a variety of hands-on exhibits about the history of firefighting, a children's discovery room, and the Hayloft Theater. Perfect for the whole family.

Bess Bower Dunn Museum of Lake County

The Dunn Museum collects, preserves and interprets the material culture of Lake County, Illinois, and provides captivating educational experiences for visitors of all ages. Exhibitions offer a chronological walk through Lake County’s history from prehistoric times to the present and invites visitors to explore the land on which the history took place. The Dunn Museum is among only five percent of museums nationally to have earned accreditation from the American Alliance of Museums, an industry mark of distinction. Operated by the Lake County Forest Preserves, the Dunn Museum is named for Bess Bower Dunn (1877–1959), Lake County’s first official historian.

Bronzeville Children's Museum

First and only African American children's museum in the nation.

Lizzadro Museum of Lapidary Art

People of all ages enjoy this exceptional museum dedicated to sharing with others the beauty of gemstones and promoting the study of earth science. Naper Settlement

Naper Settlement is a nationally accredited outdoor museum located in downtown Naperville, Illinois. The museum maintains 30 historic buildings on a 12 acre site with over 50,000 objects. Pleasant Home Foundation

Pleasant Home is a landmark prairie style house museum, designed in 1897 by George W. Maher. The home is one of the earliest and most distinguished examples of prairie school architecture. Pleasant Home is the only Maher building open to the public as a museum.
